Heidi A
Heidi developed her passion for staying fit at an early age by playing soccer, basketball, and softball. While attending college at SUNY Cortland, Heidi received her Master’s degree in Physical Education. Heidi became a Physical Education teacher at Onondaga High School while coaching varsity level sports such as soccer and softball. Since becoming a stay at home mom, she missed her passion for coaching which led her to getting certified as a Madd Dog Athletics SPINNING Instructor. Heidi also holds certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Heidi uses her teaching /coaching experience to provide a choreographed SPINNING class based on rhythmic movements, fluid transitions, and cues that are timed to flow with the wide range of inspiring music brought to every ride. You can count on Heidi to instruct a high-energy, calorie-burning, and challenging ride that will captivate you from start to finish.
When Heidi is not instructing, she is enjoying her time at parks, routing for her favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys, and going to sporting events with her husband, Marc and three children.
