WHAT IS SPINNING®?

SPINNING® is an energizing, cycling-inspired ride that combines sound training principles,
inspirational music and a unique mind/body philosophy. The Spinning program has helped

Top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization come together to make
Spinning class both fun and effective.  SPINNING® is performed on specially designed
stationary bikes which adapt to the size of each participant; here at BodyWise Fitness Studio we use the
state-of-the-art SPINNER® NXT.  Each of our Certified SPINNING® Instructors has their own unique style!

JUST GETTING STARTED?

If you’ve ever left a group exercise class feeling frustrated, you’ll appreciate that there are
no complicated moves to learn with the SPINNING® program.  Regardless of how fit, flexible or
coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout.
 
Our Certified SPINNING® Instructors will show you how to set up your bike and you
can simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that’s right for you,
and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
 
BodyWise Fitness Studio also offers Learn to SPIN® the first Saturday of every month – a 45 minute class,
Free for clients new to SPINNING®. You will learn about bike set up, basic positions and
philosophy and then spend a little time on the bike!
